And I also want to compliment the magic of this newsletter. I’d heard Scott Walker’s name but hadn’t listened to anything of his. And, holy moly, he is already jetting into my favorites list.
The later avant garde stuff is wild. I really like it, but I couldn't make it fit in a mix. His last, Childhood of a Leader sounds like Bernard Herrmann soundtracks fighting each other in the street.
